This is a self-inquiry within a group to explore how we get our needs met. Do we know what our needs are and how often do we ask ourselves if our “being needs” are met in the highest way possible or are we settling for a false understanding of meeting our needs through “having”? What are the ways to bring our lives more into alignment with our “being needs"? What happens when our “being needs" are met? How do we feel differently?
Over 4 weekly sessions we will explore through self-inquiry, dialog and experiential exercises:
• What are “being needs”?
• Has the current approach worked, or are we looking in the wrong places?
• Are we hoping for a different result?
• An inner evaluation of our current state of being
• Areas that need to be focused on
• Actions to bring us into alignment with our “being needs".
• By taking action what has changed. How do we feel differently? Are your “being needs" beginning to be met?
