I am a licensed Art Psychotherapist offering affordable skype/ zoom sessions, including sliding scale. I am sensitive to the challenges that artists face or the choices you are making in your work life. I have diverse life experiences so am open and attuned to individual issues and crisis. We can address and explore relationships and analyze family dynamics. My experience extends across the spectrum of diagnoses and also with individuals without a diagnosis who are anxious or unable to manage daily stresses. My approach encompasses both empathy and support, allowing for a shift in perspective and a deeper self awareness. Everyone needs someone to talk to especially in this post covid era .
