The apartment is a studio in crown heights with a balcony and a rooftop access through fire escape. It’s sunny, is pretty wide. About the building, it’s an apartment with mostly young people. There is laundry in the basement. It’s quiet.
I am also flexible with move in move out dates. Looking to rent for a month, and open to see the dates with a potential renter.
