About This Lister
We are Artist Run BX, a team of two artists who want to provide affordable, stable studios for creative work. We are independent and not “landlords” and are offering a loose, artist friendly structure for our tenants. This studio has been an artist run space for 8 years and Nathan has had his studio here for the last 4 years. We want to continue the tradition and are looking for solid and passionate creatives to be part of this incredible situation. Join us!

Rental requirements
First month and deposit. We are asking for a year commitment but open to some short term situations including daily and weekly rentals. Photo shoots, art shows, etc. No lease signing as we very artist friendly and flexible.
