-If you are not familiar with NYC and want to be walking distance from cultural landmarks, shopping, nightlife, restaurants, museums, you will have to take the subway as described below or look for rentals in midtown / lower Manhattan. If you plan to spend time in Brooklyn for friends or work, you should consider looking in Brooklyn

I am a cat lover and believe that the cat is the spirit of the home. Karl-Erik is a senior tabby. He takes medication for digestion issues. You do not need to engage with him, just learn how to respect each others' boundaries.

I have been living in the Dunbar Garden Apartments for over 17 years now. I am happy here because the space is quite large and the property managers are responsive to my needs. My home is also my art studio. It is eclectic and full of art.

I am a cat lover and believe that the cat is the spirit of the home! My cat, Karl-Erik has slowed down in his older years. He will be quietly chilling under my desk most of the time.
