Cost per person: ~$500/month

We are two visual artists looking for a third to join us in renting a studio space in NE crown heights. The space is in a large building filled with creative professionals and includes 24/7 access, secure bike racks, and other building amenities.

The rental costs will come out to ~$1500 including utilities and insurance which will be split 3 ways depending on space allocation in the studio.

About you:
Artist, designer, sculptor, or any other type of creative who could benefit from having a dedicated studio space.
Needs minimal access to water.
Do not work with mediums that require ventilation or need a lot of water (spray paint, photographic processes, screen printing, etc.)
Open to light collaboration and socialization that will make the shared studio experience rewarding!
