A 400sqft, sun filled artist studio available at 99 canal. The studio is private and has 3 windows with plenty of light, there is a shared bathroom and an elevator to get to the floor.

99 Canal is an artist-run initiative that provides partly subsidized art studios to support artists working towards a personal project or exhibition in New York City. There are 4 studios on our floor, which rotate every 3 months to accommodate new artists. Alongside our Studio Program, we run a public program which focuses and film and performance.
