About the space: Located on North Front Street in the heart of Kingston’s vibrant Uptown Stockade District.

The storefront, previously a much beloved bookstore is filled with positive energy and an inspiring atmosphere.

The space is over 2000 square feet and two floors (street level and basement) I will be opening a gallery in the storefront and there are three artist studios or project spaces available for rent. While the studios are self-contained, the layout of the building is such that other artists would occasionally pass through other studios. There is a communal mindset shifting away from creation in isolation and embracing the utopian visions that have existed in the area for decades.

-While all three studios are private from the public, two of the studios are commercially zoned, meaning there’s the option to open them for occasional events, workshops, or exhibitions.
-Adjustments can be made to the space. Storage or equipment installation can be discussed based on the needs of practice.
-Flexibility if you are interested in sharing with a friend or partner.
