I'm looking for a trustworthy sublet my place in March/April between Sunday, March 30th and Sunday, April 13th.
The place is a humble little studio apartment with plants, complete with a projector/Apple TV and a balcony with a sunset view. It's a super walkable area to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars, with a little park nearby.
Looking for a trustworthy person. :)
No pets & No couples please!
Ample street parking.
Laundry takes quarters.
It's $1,250 total. All utilities included.
