- One private bedroom overlooking Crescent Street in large, well-appointed three-bed apartment (shared with two roommates). Full kitchen, dining room, sitting room, and shared bath.
- Furnished with a single bed, study table, dresser, closet, and shelving.
- Kitchen with a full size fridge, oven, and stove. I can leave pots, pans, plates etc. out for your use, if required.
- Laundromat a block away.
- Half a block from grocery store.
- Helpful and responsive landlord.

The area is laid-back and residential, with enough activity till late hours. Broadway is at a 5 minute walk and has a lively assortment of eating places. Museum of Moving Image within walking distance, many cafes and restaurants.
