The bright apartment is conveniently located in Astoria, Queens, one block away from the train stations (N and W),
15 minutes from LaGuardia airport and a 20 to 30 minutes subway ride to mid-Manhattan. Walking distance to Astoria Park, cafes, grocery stores and a wide variety of diverse restaurants.

The bedroom has a northern exposure light with two windows, a large bookcase, chest drawer a queen size bed and a closet.

Fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, full size oven, toaster oven and all the basic necessities.

Bathroom with a tub/ shower and a window for ventilation and natural light.
Unfortunately, there in no laundry service in the building.

I will be traveling this summer , and I am looking for a single person or a couple to move into this charming place I call home. Ideal place for a single person.
No pets in the building.
