There are 2 artists currently working from this space. Potentially 5 in total, depending if the double bench is rented to a single jeweler ($700) or split among two ($375 each) One is primarily in the studio M-F and the occasional Saturday, while the other artist is generally in evenings and weekends.

Located off the L train at Grand/Montrose/Morgan in Brooklyn nearby a number of local restaurants, shops, and venues. The studio building is a secure, yet accessible location equipped with security cameras, an intercom system, sprinkler systems and fire extinguishers.
