I'm subletting my room in a beautiful 1920s, 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath house in the heart of Atwater Village.

Available starting April 1. I'm hoping to have someone sublet for at least 3 months, but can be flexible about start date (I'll be out of town until August).

1375/month utilities included.

About my roomies:
the house is really spacious so even though there's 4 people total in the space, it never feels crowded. The roomies are the best: One works as a school teacher (she goes to work everyday from 7-4p), another is a songwriter (she works from home but has shows at night), and another works in publishing (works from home). They are a great group of women that take amazing care of the house. Open to living with all gender identities!

Sadly no pets allowed!

My Room:
Is the best room in the house -- it doesn't share any walls with anyone else so is the most private. There's a great closet, a desk, and a smart TV in the room.

Atwater
This is one of the most walkable and fun neighborhoods in LA, it's residential but a 5 min walk to the farmer's market, amazing cafe's/bakeries/restaurants, book stores, bars. it's a 5 min walk to heart of glendale blvd and 7 min walk to the costco.

About This Lister

I'm the one traveling - but you'd live with 3 amazing women who are 28-32 years old, they all work regularly. we create real community in the space, so we're usually hanging out in the kitchen or living room in the evenings. One roommate is an amazing cook and loves to use the kitchen whereas another one rarely cooks. We want someone who appreciates the space and respects the common areas, as the rest of us do.
