It's a 2 bedroom apartment: 1 large room w/ double bed + 1 small mezzanine w/ single bed.
The living space includes an open kitchen which is fully equipped with big fridge, stove, dishwasher, kettle and everything you need (including a milk frother to make your own latte!).
The bathroom has a spacious shower with great pressure as well as a washer/dryer machine.
The whole space is comfortable and bright with its 3 meter high ceilings, which is quite rare in Paris, hardwood floors and handpicked furniture.
It's located on the ground floor so super easy access, no need to carry luggages up & down the stairs! The street is mainly residential so it's quiet.
It's ideal for someone remote working, for couples or a small family with child.

Just a stone’s throw from central Paris, Pantin is the city’s best-kept secret—an effortlessly cool and creative enclave that houses architectural wonders, Hermes and Chanel offices, and galeries. Nestled along the Canal de l’Ourcq which is very popular with runners (literally 50 meters from the front door), this dynamic neighborhood has become a magnet for artists, young families and independent creatives.
Within 1 to 2 blocks of the apartment there are 4 supermarkets including 2 organic ones), the farmer's market twice a week, a cheese shop, fishmonger, restaurants and coffee shop.
The National Dance Centre is a couple of meters away and is a beautiful space to work from.
Here, you’ll find the perfect balance between Parisian energy and a more relaxed, local vibe. With fast and easy access to central Paris (République station is 15mn by metro), you can dip into the city's hustle whenever you please—then return to a peaceful space.

This is my own home which I live in and put a lot of care in, so naturally I'm looking for a respectful, clean and considerate subleter while I'm away on my yearly trip to South Africa :)
