There are two options for renting this space:

1. I can sublet it fully furnished for June + July only.
OR
2. I can sublet it unfurnished starting in July with the renter taking over the lease. The lease ends at the end of August so in this option, the renter can sublet (unfurnished) July+August and sign the lease for the following years.

This is a beautiful, large one-bedroom apartment (around 700sq feet) with lots of light right across from Prospect Park. The apartment is on the 8th floor looking out at the courtyard so it is very quiet. A dog-friendly building with an elevator and a door person. There is a roof deck and a gym in the basement. Washer dryer and dishwasher in the space. It's less than 10 minute walk to the Q/B trains. I've been very happy in this space and if I wasn't leaving NYC I would stay here.

I've been living here for over three years. I'm an artist and video editor. I work remotely so it's plenty of room I've been able to work in the space as well. Also, I have a dog and it's a really great dog building. My dog loves walking in the park which is right across the street. I'm leaving the city so I have to say goodbye to this space.
