The apartment - cozy and artsy:

Large living room with desk and L-shaped couch and smart tv with Netflix, Hulu, etc (no cable tv though).
Separate kitchen with all appliances you may need, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc.
Beautiful large bedroom with super comfy bed (saatva mattress);
Bathroom is small but clean and functional;
Access to private garden which offers a nice view and privacy;
No washer/dryer - but good wash n' fold options around (I can recommend one);
This is a queer-friendly building!

The location - Crown Heights:

Less than a block away from Franklin Av
less than 5' walk to restaurants like Winner (best croissants/sandwiches), Chavelas (best Mexican of Crown Heights), Ras (best Ethiopian), Bagel Pub around the corner, and so much more…
13 min walk to Brooklyn Museum and 18 min walk to Prospect Park and Green market on weekends;
Subway stop 4 min. away (Franklin Av.) -> lines 2,3,4 and 5 (all express!!!) so less than 30' Union Square and 35' to Grand Central;

This is my home/my haven - I made it beautiful, cozy - it has design furniture, art, nice kitchen stuff - I am looking for someone who can appreciate this and take care of it like it's yours.
If you break something, it happens, just tell me right away :)
I can leave a set of towels and bed sheets if needed;
No pets (though this apartment had a cat for a while - FYI, if you are allergic), no smoking inside, no parties, no more than 2 people staying overnight at any given time please;
I will leave it clean for you - please leave it clean for me! :)

This apartment has become my second home after going through some personal 2 years ago, and it brings me peace. Also my upstairs neighbors are the absolute best and they have a cute dog. FYI.
