Seeking Temporary Accommodation in LA (Silverlake, Echo Park, or Highland Park) for House Swap with my apartment in Williamsburg.

Hi! I’ll be heading to LA for work and need a place to stay ideally for two weeks, from around January 20th to February 2nd (I can be flexible with dates since flights aren’t booked yet).

About My Place in NYC:

🌳 Neighborhood: Located in an amazing, quiet neighborhood in Williamsburg, with lots of greenery. It’s close to Graham Ave’s best restaurants and coffee shops, and a short walk to the busier parts of Williamsburg and Bushwick.

🏡 Apartment: Top-floor, corner unit with lots of natural light and a view of beautiful gardens. Filled with plants, the space has high-speed internet and a desk for working from home. The building is very peaceful, so I’m looking for someone who will keep it that way (not a party space).

🚊 Convenience: Just one block from the Grand Street L stop, making it super easy to get around Brooklyn and Manhattan.

🐈‍⬛ Cat Companion: You’d be sharing the space with my sweet, friendly, and affectionate cat. She’s an angel, very low-maintenance thanks to her auto-feeder, but she loves cuddles! Because of her, I’m not able to accommodate other pets, but I’d be happy to take care of any of your pets while in LA. 😊
