This is a gorgeous 1 bedroom/1 bathroom patio apartment. There's a lot of outdoor space on the patio, well-lit windows, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in building.

I'm looking for a respectful sublet for while I'm away. I'll be traveling for about 3 weeks, the apartment is available from Dec 17- Jan 5.

Location/Transportation:
The apartment is about 12 minutes from the Myrtle–Willoughby G stop, making it easy to get to different parts of Brooklyn (and 2 stops from the Lorimer-Metropolitan L train). It's about a 20-minute walk from J/M trains. Multiple Citibike docks are available.

It's 2 blocks away from Herbert Von King Park, which is beautiful for nature lovers. There's a supermarket within one block, and a larger market about a 5-minute walk away.

Amenities:
There's a great gym in the building, laundry room, workroom area, garden space (ground floor), patio space, game room, and rooftop space. Trash chutes are on each floor.

Financial Deposit:
I will need a $700 security deposit that will be returned to you at the end of your stay. Any property or material damage will be deducted from your security deposit.

***This is my home, so I'm looking for someone kind and respectful to take care of it and enjoy the space while I'm away––and please water the plants :)
