Located in east Williamsburg, spacious ground floor studio (photos don’t do justice!) L train 8 minutes away, lots of restaurants, bars etc nearby.

This studio has 2 rooms , huge main space and behind the arc, beautiful smaller room full of sunshine, currently we have music studio in there but could be used for painting as well. (whatever you see in that room, will be all cleared out except piano and storage shelves)

General light in studio is perfect since the light bulbs are especially for painting. Natural light on sunny day is nice for whole studio but mainly it stays in smaller room.
main room can fit 7-8 big scale canvases hanged all at once, plus drawing area.

There are two storage spaces, first is entrance room/hallway where you can store all your canvases or other materials, top of the storage space is where I will leave my personal belongings, it won’t interfere with you or take any space.

Since it’s ground floor, it’s very easy for canvases to be delivered, all packages can be left in hallway. Neighbors around are mostly painters, amazing people, nicest landlord and very responsive and helpful building manager. Building is clean, there is huge sink in the hallway and 2 bathrooms. In summer, studio stays very cool, you will barely need air conditioner which is already installed in the studio just in case. In winter, heat is controlled by you with remote and the heater is very strong. All utilities are included in rent!!!
