The apartment has great appliances, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, and espresso machine. It is a one-bedroom (queen-sized bed), with a spacious office, and a nice backyard. And the apartment is on a quiet, tree-lined block that has a great cafe on one end and pie shop next-door. The subway (F/G/R lines) is a 3-min walk. Prospect Park is less than a mile away.
