This apartment is in a newer build (2021) and very consistently and well maintained. The closest subway station is about a half a block down the street on the corner which connects to the 4/5. In the opposite direction and after about an eight minute walk, you can encounter a station that services 2/4/5. The local 6 train is a 10 minute walk away, so there are lots of options!

Located at the first stop into the Bronx from Manhattan, this unit is a true dream, especially considering it has two bathrooms.

The unit is somewhere between almost 900 ft.². There are two bedrooms with one being smaller and currently utilized as an office. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower. There is a stacked washer dryer in unit. They are large window windows in both bedrooms. The view overlooks the railway and neighborhoods in the Bronx. Building is quiet and neighbors are too.

Neighbors are incredibly friendly and sweet. There is a furnished rooftop patio that is accessible at any time. There is both a cardio room and a weights room in the building. Downstairs there is a larger laundry room as well. There are two different coworking spaces within the building. There is also a community library and a game room. Additionally, there is a theater room for tenants to use.

Truly, a luxury building with a very reasonable price full of amenities.

The neighborhood is quiet. There are multiple grocery stores with a short walking distance or by bus. Western beef is roughly an eight minute walk away and Food Bazaar is roughly a 15 minute walk. The Bronx terminal market is a 15 minute walk away.

This unit can be used for either a family or people without children. The building has lots of families with children and lots without.

This unit can accommodate somebody in a wheelchair however, the bathroom would need to be modified.

Truly this is a beautiful unicorn of a space especially with two bathrooms. We are leaving our lease early due to job opportunities elsewhere.
