The neighborhood is quiet. There are multiple grocery stores with a short walking distance or by bus. Western beef is roughly an eight minute walk away and Food Bazaar is roughly a 15 minute walk. The Bronx terminal market is a 15 minute walk away.

This unit can be used for either a family or people without children. The building has lots of families with children and lots without.

This unit can accommodate somebody in a wheelchair however, the bathroom would need to be modified.
