Applicants need to have a Facetime interview or in-person tour.
A standard sublease agreement with credit check ($20) is required if you are seriously interested.
Rent is $1700/month with 1 month security deposit plus gas/electric utilities (omitting wifi, already paid for).
Pets Policy
Willing to consider pets, but given that I have a dog over intermittently we'd have to have a little meeting to see if they get along!
