Hi! I’m looking for 1 female roommate to join me in a 2 bed (+ 1 office/guest room) 1 bath a half-block from Prospect Park in Brooklyn! It also has a washer & dryer and dishwasher. It's right next to the B/Q train in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and it has a private backyard. I’m a 27F and I’m new to NYC/just started work as a public defender. I’m hoping to have my very sweet black lab with me, so looking for roommates who are dog-friendly. Rent is $3100 so $1550 per person + utilities.
