Hi! I'm subletting my light-filled 2 bedroom/1.5 bath apartment on the parlor level floor of a historic brownstone. Flexible on end and start dates.

High ceilings, great light, full kitchen with open floor plan. The front bedroom has beautiful bay windows and a queen sized bed. The back bedroom has a full mattress, a half bath, tall windows on three sides, and a crib.*

(*If you aren't planning to use the crib/children's toys, I can store them away!)

-- 12 foot high ceilings!
-- Fully stocked kitchen (microwave, stove/oven, barstool countertop)
-- 1.5 bathrooms! (main bathroom has full sized bathtub/shower)
-- Main bedroom with queen size bed, big closet, dresser, desk
-- Large wooden dining table that seats 6
-- Tall windows and big plants
-- 8 minute walk to C Kingston/Throop subway
-- One block from main drag of Tompkins Ave with bars, bagels, southern food, restaurants, supermarket, cafes, laundromat

I'm looking for a subletter who is kind, very responsible, and who will take good care of the space and water the plants once or twice!
