Hi there, this is a beautiful 2,000 sq ft house that has it all.

There is a private gate that has large covering for ultimate privacy, upon entering the property you're welcomed by a front yard with a fire pit for entertaining guests and a BBQ grill.

Once you pass through to the front door you enter a large open concept area with a seating area, a dining table, the kitchen with everything you'll need, and an entertainment nook.

As you go down the hall, on the right is the first bathroom, and on the left is the downstairs bedroom. At the end of the hall on the left is the second full bathroom.

Turning right at the hall you'll see a set of two stairs, one that leads to the Den which can be used as an office, a guest bedroom, or another entertaining area. There is a large projector screen down there with comfortable seating for movie nights. The den also leads you outside to the Backyard where you can relax by the pool and sauna.

The other set of stairs lead you upstairs to the main bedroom, private and cozy with a warm color for ultimate comfort, upstairs there is also a third full bathroom and a balcony.

This house is a true treasure and would be perfect for a couple, a small family, or two to three roommates (if you decide to turn the Den into a third bedroom).

I'm an actor, writer and director who has lived in this house for the last 6 years and put a lot of love and care into it. I would love to sublet the place to someone who will care for it as much as I have. I wouldn't say that I'm a clean freak, but I do keep the place in good condition and would expect the same from you. I do have a cleaning service, gardener, and pool cleaner that come each week, which is reflected in the price of the sublet.
