True 2BR in an ideal location in the WV at West 11th and 7th Ave. The apartment has great views of the park and a lot of light, and a good amount of space for the location. I have a queen bed in the larger bedroom, and the second bedroom I have a full pullout couch and a large desk. There are four closets in the apartment, all sizable. I have a couch and TV area in the living room as well as a nice dining table with four chairs. The building has an elevator and the apartment has a dishwasher.

The apartment is a block from an entrance to the 1/2/3, and a few minutes to the A/C/E and B/D/F/M and N/Q/R/W. There are cute cafes, restaurants, and shops all around it.

I love the apartment but have to move out and break my lease early, but there will be 10months remaining on the lease, and then a chance to renew with the landlord after that. I also would be open to leaving some of my furniture if that is of interest!
