While we are away for the month we hope to sublet our 3BR, 2BA apartment. New building with only 3 units. Ours is the middle unit. Faces to the street in the front and gardens in the back. 2 rooms are set up as bedrooms - King bed in the primary en suite, queen bed in the back bedroom. The front bedroom has a sofa bed and is used as a study. Large open living/dining space. Great neighborhood close to the park, restaurants and Radio Bakery!
About This Lister
We are academics. I teach in the city and I am heading to Berlin for a research trip. My partner teaches in Rhode Island and will be in the country most of the time in case there are any issues.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
Primary owner and resident.
Rental requirements
We would require you to sign a lease and leave a security deposit. We would meet with you before renting and show you the apartment. You need to pay our cleaning lady once mid month and once at the end of your stay ($180 a time).
Deposit for security is $3000.
No pets, may not be appropriate for small children as the apartment is not child proof.
