This is a 1 bedroom apartment set back from the street. Only 2 units above the cars. VERY PRIVATE and QUIET. Plenty of street parking. There are 8 stairs to go up to get to the apartment. I live here it's not something I own to rent out. Smoking outdoors only. Washer/dryer in building. Very walkable to stores, restaurants, etc...you don't really need a car. DATES ARE FLEXIBLE, most any portion is fine.
Includes utilities. $250 cleaning fee.
