The apartment is in an old building, with original charm. It is not a modern condo. We’re looking for trustworthy, reliable tenants for a month to month lease (possibly long term) who will not throw wild parties and upset the quiet residential nature of the block. Well-behaved pets allowed. Shared laundry (with the upstairs unit) in the basement.

Heat/hot water included. Subletting not allowed. This unit is the size of a 2 bedroom but would best be used as large 1 bedroom + office. The unit will be completely unfurnished so please disregard any furniture in the photos.
