Ideally looking for someone for entirety of these dates but have some flexibility on it being a bit shorter or longer by a few days.

It has a parking spot, in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher, and amazing shaded patio with its own pomegranate tree (free pomegranates!!)

This is a newly updated unit (from the 1920s - so it has lots of sweet vintage charm while still being very new) just a few blocks from cool Virgil Village spots like Sqirl and Courage Bagels. You're just a few minutes away from Los Feliz and Sunset Junction. Tons of privacy and quiet as you're located in the back of the lot away from the street.

There are 2 bedrooms - one bedroom and the second room is an office with a large desk and futon for guests. Big bright kitchen with tons of counter space for cooking. This is an ideal space to enjoy LA, a calm quiet oasis that's central to everything.

There's an additional $180 cleaning fee.
