The Area:
A walkable area in the canyon, with hidden stairways that were built a century ago. Walking the area is what I deem one of the highlights. Beautiful flora and fauna. The street is adorned with restaurant's: Delfinis, Georgio Baldini, Muse, Shorebar, The Golden Bull, our coffee shop Rustic Canyon and delicatessen grocery store Canyon Grocer. With the entrance to the beach just across the street. All within a 3 minute walk. Its a dream living here.
Hikes all over the area, gym and workout classes too. Malibu right next door.

About This Lister

Im a working professional who owns a digital creative advertising agency. Im in my 30s and am spending December 2024 in the Hamptons (I lived in NY for 11 years) and am going home for the month of January 2025.
I love music, the music scene in LA is wonderful. I don't party anymore, perhaps here and there, but love a good dinner party and love frequenting new restaurants. I love the beach and nature.
One of my best friends also lives in the building (I convinced her to move from New York) so she will be moving you in, handing you the keys and showing you the ropes. Unless you chose to move in on the 26th of November, in which case, ill move you in. My flight is late the evening of the 26th.

Please share your LinkedIn and some social media links. I am looking for a 2 month rental and proof of income.

A charge of $300 for a professional cleaning service before you move in and move out. Price also includes all utilities.

Looking for 1st month upfront plus 1/2 for a security deposit, which you will get back, after the move out date. Rent is due upon reaching out for this agreement and on the first of January 2025.

I leave for NY on the Nov 26th 2024 very late that evening so if you want to move in for the last 5 days of November thats good too , we can discuss and we could meet in person.
