The apartment is in an absolutely prime, walkable location in Manhattan near the 2nd Ave F train stop (1 minute walk away). Located in East Village / Bowery, it's minutes away by walking from NoHo, SoHo, Nolita, Alphabet City, LES, and NYU. Whole Foods, Equinox, and Russ and Daughters all within a few minutes walking distance. There's even a Citi Bike station a few hundred feet away.

While this unit faces a residential street, its location in Manhattan means you will still hear noise from the city, but in my experience, it's quieter than many other places I've lived in Manhattan.
