Hi! I'm looking for a new tenant because I'm moving to DC for a job. I am sad to leave this apartment, I think it's very special.
It comes with a great backyard and the best neighbors. The bathroom and kitchen (with dishwasher) are recently renovated. It faces the backyard/ back of the building so it's very quiet. It's only one block from the action of Franklin Ave and close to the 2/3/4/5, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and Prospect Park.
It could easily be converted into a two bedroom, the living room has French doors.
This unit will be unfurnished, but with an option to buy some pretty great furniture that fits perfectly, and I am happy to throw in the outdoor furniture for free. This apartment is rent stabilized. This will be a new 12 month lease for the next tenant.

The rental will be handled directly through Parkview Management — they will be checking credit and proof of income. A security deposit (equal to one month's rent) will be required. My landlord confirmed it will be a new 12 month lease.
Pets Policy
Very pet friendly! I have a dog and many of the neighbors have pets.
