I work in the arts and have lived in this building for about 4 years. I love my apartment, the building, the garden next door, and everything the neighborhood has to offer but am moving to Brooklyn.

I am the owner of this coop unit and will not be too far so can be available if needed.

I'm looking for someone respectful, trustworthy and dependable to take over and enjoy the home for at least a year (or more if it's a good fit!)
