We have a well-equipped kitchen, an extensive library, and comfortable spaces for working or lounging. The neighborhood is great and there’s a nice community feeling in the 8-unit building. We both work in design, love that we can walk to BAM and endless restaurants, and are runners — the apt is close to beautiful Fort Greene Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park piers where we run a few times a week.
