We are subletting a large bedroom in our loft off the Jefferson L stop. The room is 12 x 18 feet with two large windows, high ceilings and lots of light. Wifi and utilities are included in the price.
It is furnished with a queen sized bed with a Tuft and Needle mattress, a large antique desk, a butterfly chair, dresser and a small clothing rack.
The loft is large and well kept with a full bathroom and kitchen, and a large sofa and dining table. It is in an elevator building with many other artists and musicians and we have enjoyed living here for many years.

About This Lister

We are two painters in our 40s. I am female and live and work here, and the other person uses his space as a painting studio only. We are friendly, quiet and clean and keep a peaceful, warm home. We are working quietly in our spaces most of the time that we are here.
