Comfortable living room with lots of furnishings for comfort, 2 TV's - one in living room, 1 in bedroom for streaming. 5 minute drive to town of Rosendale, 11 minute drive to Kingston. 100 percent quiet! Peaceful. Lovely and respectful neighbors. A perfect place to relax, read, write, and create. We are a very short drive to the Railway for beautiful walks.

We are VERY flexible with dates at this point so let's get on a zoom to discuss further. Rent includes all utilities, terrific wifi, etc. We may be flexible with rent depending on length of time you will be here. There is a driveway for your car, no garage. Just 3 small steps to doorway, all else is on one floor. Heat is on a split system.

We're happy New Yorkers getting ready to do some traveling. Recently moved back to NY from California and in love with the Hudson Valley.
