I am away for the holidays through January and am looking for someone to sublet my two bed apartment in East Williamsburg / Bushwick. It is in a converted factory on the top floor (elevator in building) and has a 12+ foot high wall of windows along one end that yield incredible light. There is a fully functional kitchen, a primary bedroom upstairs, and a second bedroom with a futon on the first level.

It is clean, furnished, and full of plants!

The place is honestly wonderful. It is in a very cool part of Brooklyn and is across the street from Roberta's (a block from the Morgan L subway station).

Worth nothing that there is not a dishwasher. Laundry is available in building.

I am flexible on the exact dates and can adjust the price accordingly but priority will be given to people who are able to rent it for at least a month.
