We have a beautiful room available for a three month sublet beginning April 1st

The room comes partially furnished with a bed, and potentially other furniture (our current room mate is switching coasts). The room also has private access to a balcony shared by one other bedroom, and a closet.

The house is a big ground level place, two bedrooms on the ground floor (this is one of them), and two bedrooms downstairs. Both floors have their own bathroom, living and large outdoor balcony / courtyard space. There's a single kitchen with a dishwasher on the ground floor.

We don't have a washer dryer but there's a laundromat 2 blocks away, which brings you to Bedford ave. We're 5 - 10 minute walk to the Apple store / wholefoods etc. but far enough away for the street to be quiet. L and JMZ trains are equidistant from the house, 10 - 15 mins walk.

About This Lister

We are 3 creative professionals late 30's- early 40's, two male one female. We're social animals, but keep the house a clean, tidy neutral sanctuary from the city, where we're happy to have a chat but also very respectful of each others space and privacy.
