Rental requirements
A sublease agreement is required and there is flexibility in the dates, dependent on your needs. I will be traveling for work, but will be available for questions and you will be connected with building management for any potential maintenance needs.
A security deposit will also be required upon signing the sublease and will be returned with the apartment in good condition. All utilities, outside of electricity (internet, gas, water) will be covered by me.
