Located in the center of the Los Feliz neighborhood, north of Franklin and just beneath the Griffith Observatory. Walking distance to Griffith Park and all of the stores, bars and theaters. Right next to Silverlake, Echo Park, Hollywood and Atwater Village. On an exquisitely beautiful street populated by 1950's and 1960's homes. Two bedrooms (though one is an office right now), one bathroom with both tub and shower, living room, dining room, kitchen, central AC&heat, WiFi, Netflix, Apple TV, Paramount+ , ESPN+ and Kanopy TV apps. No in-unit laundry but it does come with a driveway parking space, so no worries about street parking. One of the most attractive and walkable neighborhoods in all of Los Angeles and very centrally located in general. There is also numerous bus stops nearby and a metro a few blocks away. The apartment is eclectically decorated and has loads of art and photography books as well as pleasing light pouring in throughout the day. A true gem in the heart of tinsel town.
I'm an Executive Producer and artist who has lived in the neighborhood since 2009. I have been renting this location for 8 years. I am sub-renting my apartment while I am out of town for a few weeks. It is important to me that the renter is very responsible, has a similar appreciation for aesthetics and has decorum with my neighbors (the building has five other units that share the overall property). I will only rent to people with solid references.
I am a long-term renter.
This is a temporary sublet that will require references, a 50% deposit to secure dates and a $150 cleaning fee. No pets allowed.
