It is a beautifully furnished one bedroom, one bath with a large private backyard/ garden in a brownstone just a 10 minute walk to J/M train at Broadway/ Lafayette.

It is recently renovated with split units (AC/ heat) in each room. The living room (w/ West Elm queen sleeper memory foam couch) is separated from the kitchen/ dining by french doors. It is very close walking distance to many restaurants (Saraghina, Peaches, etc.), bars, coffee shops, and parks.

$100 cleaning fee added to rental fee.
