Hello! I am subletting my charming 1 bedroom in Gowanus end of March - end of April as I go away for an artist residency.

Apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3 floor building conveniently nestled in Gowanus next to so many amazing restaurants, shops, gyms, nature, bars, comedy clubs and convenient trains. It is in one of the most perfect locations in BK!

One bedroom with queen sized bed. Fully stocked kitchen with expandable dining table, and nature view of the shared backyard. Huge living room with desk and monitor, perfect if you WFH.

I am an artist and designer and have collected many unique furniture and decor pieces over the years so the apartment has some unique charm to it.

Sorry no pets, except service dogs… we have had issues with submitters in the past.

Artist and Designer. I own a design company and often travel for work and artist residencies.

I have a service dog who does shed. Although I deep clean the apartment prior to rental, if you have severe allergies to dogs, this might not be the right fit.

I have a close relationship to my landlord who owns the building and have lived in this unit for 1.5 years. I am the point of contact for this sublet.
