Located in a green and quiet neighborhood between Görlitzer and Treptower Parks there is abundant access to nature. An open and well-equipped kitchen with uncluttered surfaces feel like luxuries in Berlin. Its 4th floor location (no elevator), quiet residential street activity, and respectful neighbors give a sense of peace, retreat, and respite to those who visit. Conveniences like a laundry machine, dish washer, LPG Bio supermarket right at the other side of the street unburden the time spent between daily doings. The Treptower Park S-Bahn station and its surrounding businesses are a 10-minute walk.

Since renting this apartment ten years ago, I have invested in details that make it feel like the home that it is. I am looking for someone who will respect it as such. Having a clean home is important to me, and a point of pride when I offer it to others. The rent includes a monthly cleaning by the cleaning person who we use. Shoes are not worn beyond the entry to keep the flooring clean. We also ask that the plants living in the space are well cared for, we are happy to provide clear instructions for their weekly care.
