The space is mostly unfurnished, albeit for some basic kitchen supplies, shelving, and a wall-mounted television. Looking for a respectful tenant (or tenants) to take care of my space while I am living elsewhere and to respect the small community of this 10-unit co-op building.

No dogs per building rules. Cats OK.

I am a 15 year resident of Fort Greene, who works in food and hospitality and owns a restaurant in the neighborhood. I've loved being a part of this neighborhood for so long and am hoping to find a respectful tenant to take care of my original home in the neighborhood.

I'll still be close by, and will be the primary point of contact for any issues for the tenant.
