The Apartment/room: Top floor of a 3 floor apartment walkup. Great lighting across the apartment. Room can fit a full size bed, desk and drawer. Room will come unfurnished. Laundry in the building.

Location: 8 min walk to L train and 12 min walk to J train. 1 min walk to Irving Square Park. 25 min walk to Maria Hernandez Park. Close to many coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
