Looking to fill a room in my 3 bedroom apartment starting April 1st. Commitment would be month to month as the lease is active. Open to short-term or long-term stay month to month.

The room is a bit snug but cozy, has a closet, can fit a bed and desk with the right arrangement, gets good light. See pics for details.

The apartment is in Park Slope off the 4th/9th Street stop (F/G/R access with all the trains at Atlantic Barclays about a mile away). Less than half a mile from Prospect Park.

We love our apartment and neighborhood. You’d be living with myself and another artist friend, both very quiet, friendly and respectful roommates. Open to all walks of life, main concern is wanting someone who's not messy or loud in the common space. We're working professionals in our 30s, both private, occasionally have a couple friends over but generally like to keep it low-key in the apartment. We also both work from home, so it's preferable to find someone who works in the office, though exceptions can be made for the right fit.
