Apartment is a two bedroom, one bath, with a large, workable kitchen with a dishwasher and full size fridge. Living room gets lots of natural light with south facing windows. Bedroom is large (full size bed shown, could fit a queen easily) and has a full size closet with more storage over the door.
It’s a great location. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Two blocks to Central Park!
79th street 1 train just a block away. 81st street A,B,C,D train two blocks away.
Currently there is one male roommate, late 20s, who works in the architecture and design field. Clean and respectful. An easy person to live with.
Rent is $1775/month not including internet and gas/electric.

The other tenant who will be continuing to live in the apartment is 28 year old male who also works in Architecture. He is quiet, clean, and keeps to himself mostly, though he is also friendly.
