I have a beautiful room in my 2 bed East Williamsburg apartment.

The room itself can fit a full bed and has a nice closet. The real draw to this apartment is the living room, roof, and giant private terrace. I don’t have many images of the roof but you can see the entire city from top to bottom. If you’re into gardening or just lounging outside it would be a great spot. Tons of light in this apartment too.

The neighborhood is my favorite I’ve ever lived in. Everyone is super nice. It’s close to brooklyn ball factory, baby blues luncheonette, Win son bakery, and a few other great bars/restaurants.

Gym, laundry in basement, roof with a view of the entire city, private deck, nice clean kitchen, elevator, grill on roof, bike storage, new renovation, park nearby, short walk to the train, easy commute to the city.

I’m an artist in Brooklyn and I currently have a patron. I love movies and cooking sometimes. I paint in my studio typically 6-10 hours a day. I’m currently doing part-time work as well. After I work I cook, watch a movie, read, or go see a show/event. I live a quiet life on most weekdays but I also enjoy going to events and going out Thurs-Sat.

I’m not a neat-freak but every Sunday I clean the whole place. I like to take care of it.

I do not want a partier. I’m looking for someone who is career/purpose driven and leans towards the healthier side of life. Someone who has a regular ish day time schedule. I’m open to hanging out but I usually need the apartment to recharge from work and city life. Obviously the roof and deck is a large draw and I’m totally open to get togethers with a heads up.
