The room available is on the opposite side of the other two bedrooms so it feels very private and shares no walls with the other two roommates. The bedroom comes fully furnished with a queen bed, large desk, dresser, etc. There is also access to the patio from the bedroom. You also have a private full bathroom.

The other two roommates are both in the film industry - one male and one female. They are very sweet and chill and are mostly working during the day/evening. There are three apartments on the three floors in the building and we are quite close with the folks on the second floor so feel free to say hey if you see them in the hall! We are also friendly with those on the first floor - the whole building is a very welcoming and warm environment.
